CleanSpace Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CleanSpace (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CleanSpace is a mobile application designed to help users:

Analyze device storage usage
Find and remove duplicate photos using machine learning
Manage screenshots and large media files
Securely store private photos with encryption
Find and merge duplicate contacts
Convert Live Photos to still images
Compress videos to save space

All processing occurs entirely on your device. Your personal content (photos, videos, contacts, files) never leaves your device.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

CleanSpace does not require user accounts. No registration, login, or personal information is required to use the App.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Free Version

The free version of CleanSpace includes advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Core features are available with some limitations.

Premium Version

Premium access can be purchased through the following options:

Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing yearly subscription
Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase for permanent access

Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store
Prices are displayed in your local currency
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation

You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 for Apple’s refund process.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the App to infringe on the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

CleanSpace and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by CleanSpace and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your personal content (photos, videos, contacts, files). We do not claim any ownership over your content. Your content never leaves your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. Key points:

Your photos, videos, contacts, and files stay on your device
All processing happens locally using on-device machine learning
Free version: Google AdMob displays non-personalized ads
Premium version: No ads, no data collection

Disclaimers

“As Is” Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantee

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the App will be corrected

Data Loss

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to photos, videos, contacts, or files deleted through the App’s features.

Photo Deletion

When you delete photos, videos, or other content through the App, they are moved to the iOS “Recently Deleted” album and can be recovered for 30 days. After 30 days, deleted content is permanently removed by iOS and cannot be recovered.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEANSPACE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleanSpace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob (Free Version)

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of the free version is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes:

We will update the “Last Updated” date
We may notify you through the App
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanSpace regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
